1. Agreement to Contractual Terms (& subsequent changes)

By using “our” (“Niebee’s” ,”we”,” us”) service (“service”) you agree to adhere to the binding agreement that governs the use of our website, application and other services we offer. You also agree that any modifications to these “terms of service” would also be binding upon you and may change from time to time. We will notify you of any changes via your email address on file with us. If you do not agree with these terms you will not be able to use Niebee’s services.

  1. Our Services

Niebee, Inc is a service which connects a (“Customer”) with a third party cleaner who will provide cleaning services at the customer’s home. Niebee is not the service provider, cleaner or servicer. Your arrangement will be made when you are connected to a (“Provider”) who will provide the cleaning service.

  1. Create an Account

Accessing Niebee’s website is easy. If you are a user ("Customer"), simply access Niebee.com on your desktop to create an account. Once setup, you are ready to schedule cleaning services for your home. Under no circumstances, however, can anyone under the age of 18 create an account or schedule a service. After creating the account, the customer will be responsible for all services created between the customer and the third party provider.

  1. Deactivation of Account/Termination

Access to our services may be discontinued or terminated based on our discretion. The customer/provider may cancel their account at any time, however some customer information may remain on file. Niebee maintains the right to change or terminate their services with or without notice. There shall be no liability to any person, entity or third party if such occurs.

  1. Limited Liability-Arbitration Agreement-Dispute Resolution

You (“Customer/Provider”) agree to hold harmless, Niebee Inc and its affiliates (which does not include provider), from all claims regarding misuse of Niebee’s Terms & Conditions. You also agree to hold Niebee Inc harmless in regards to any losses, damages, expenses, negligence, etc for circumstances outside of Niebee’s control and the parameters set forth in this agreement. This agreement also sets forth that you will abide by mandatory arbitration agreement, in the settlement of any claim not resolved by lesser informal means. In the event that mandatory arbitration is needed by either party, it is agreed that written notice be sent to the other party describing the basis of the claim and the desired disposition.

  1. "Customer" Requirements

"Customers" are responsible for arranging all cleanings. Customer must provide all needed information before they can use our service. Customer must comply with, and understands all rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. They must also ensure that provider has access to service location at the appointed time as agreed by Customer and Provider. "Customer" must inform Niebee of any specific instructions of "Customers" home that Provider would need to be aware of. Niebee reserves the right to refuse, terminate or suspend any Customer and/or Provider from our services. Customer must arrange all services through our website. At no time can Customer arrange rides directly through the Provider. Please note that there are specific guidelines for cancelling a service. These guidelines are already set up within our terms. Charges and/or fees may be assessed based on time period or reason for cancellation. In signing with our service, you agree to those charges.

  1. Fees & Fares

All estimated fees and fares will be acknowledged prior to scheduling or accepting a “service”. The service prices will vary based on the level of service you request, the size of the home, time spent, extra services etc. “Customer” agrees to have fee charged to their preferred payment method as set up in their initial account with Niebee. The day after the scheduled service, the Customer's payment method will be charged. If the Customer cancels the service prior to twelve hours before scheduled service, they will not be charged. If ride is cancelled within the 4 prior to the scheduled service, they will be assessed 50% of the agreed rate. If customer is a “No Show”, provider can not access home, or customer cancels the appointment within 4 hours of service time , customer is still responsible for full cost of scheduled service.

  1. Insurance

Niebee will maintain all liability limits and insurance coverage mandated by law for service providers while conducting a Niebee application (service).
